Welcome to La Maison de Pierre et Mizette, an old farmhouse and family home, completely renovated to welcome you comfortably with family or friends in the Parc Naturel Régional du Pilat, at La Versanne! The panoramas are breathtaking, the living environment privileged and there are plenty of activities to discover nature. We're located just 10 kms from Saint Genest Malifaux and 15 kms from Saint Etienne, right in the middle of nature, making it an ideal destination for anyone looking to get away from it all while enjoying the region's cultural riches. Whether you're a hiker, a cultural enthusiast or simply looking to relax, you'll find a wide range of activities to suit all tastes. This old farmhouse combines the rustic charm of stone and wood with all modern comforts. It can accommodate up to 12 guests, with 3 spacious bedrooms on the 1st floor, each tastefully decorated in keeping with the authenticity of the setting. The first bedroom has a double bed (140cm), while the other two can sleep 3 and 4 people respectively (single beds (90cm)). A mezzanine overlooks the living area, providing additional space that can be used as a lounge, reading area, work area, games room or extra sleeping space (sofa bed 140 and single bed 90). On the first floor, the large living room is the ideal place to gather and share convivial moments. With its exposed beams and stone wall, it exudes authenticity. A wood-burning stove (from Alsace) provides a cosy atmosphere on cooler evenings. This room opens onto a fully equipped kitchen, where you'll find everything you need to prepare your meals. A more intimate 2nd living room offers additional space for relaxation. The large fireplace adds a touch of warmth and elegance. This living room can be used as a reading room, games room or simply as a place to relax. Our gîte has 2 shower rooms, the first on the first floor, the other on the 1st floor. Outside, a large garden surrounds the house, perfect for enjoying sunny days. We provide garden furniture and a plancha for relaxing and dining al fresco, all with a breathtaking view of the green Pilat countryside. Two sheds (1 covered) are available for storing bikes, motorcycles or other sporting equipment. On the ground floor you will find a large living room with an open-plan kitchen and a sitting room with a large fireplace in what used to be the farmhouse. There is also a toilet and washbasin area, and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs, a mezzanine provides a TV or games area for the children. A sofa bed provides comfortable sleeping accommodation for 2 people. The first master bedroom has a double bed, followed by another bedroom with 3 single beds (90cm), and finally the last bedroom with 5 single beds (90cm) and a small balcony.
