The ground floor comprises a living room with open-plan fitted kitchen and a spacious lounge. Between the house and the annex, a summer kitchen that can be closed off by a roller shutter is the ideal place for socialising. Outside, you'll find an enclosed courtyard with flowers, an in-ground, unheated swimming pool that's not overlooked, a terrace with garden furniture and a play area with table tennis, darts and various children's games.
