Ideal setting for this renovated 35 m² studio apartment on the 2nd floor of a small, very quiet residence. The Capucins beach and shops are less than 300 m away on foot. Its balcony-terrace offers a beautiful view of the Bay of Audierne at any time of day. It is the starting point for many of the must-see tourist sites in the Cap-Sizun region in the far west of Finistère (the Audierne marina, the Pointe du Raz and the Baie des Trépassés, "the end of the world before America", and the Ile de Sein). For lovers of beautiful walks, follow the river Goyen to reach the small town of character of Pont-Croix (voted 2nd favourite village of the French in 2019).
