Description

Stay in this pleasant, comfortable holiday home, located just 700m walk from Saint Jean beach and 500m from the centre of l'Epine and its shops. The house has a bright, open-plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. There are 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed (140cm), one with a single bed (160cm) and one with two single beds (80cm), all with fitted wardrobes. There is also a shower room and separate toilet. The living room opens onto the garden and terrace, equipped with garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs and barbecue. Parking is available on the enclosed property. Bed linen, towels and household linen included. Television, wifi Pets are welcome, but only in the living room. A sliding door closes off access to the bedrooms, where they are not allowed. A deposit of 200 euros will be required on arrival.
