The 105 m² villa is air-conditioned in the summer season and heated in the cold period, in order to provide you with optimal comfort. You will find: - A large pleasant living room perfect for relaxing with its lounge area with television and wifi access, its comfortable leather sofa and its 2 rattan armchairs + its dining area and the open, equipped and recent kitchen (3-burner induction hob, extractor hood, oven and microwave, Senseo and filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, ...). Everything you need to cook like at home! - 3 bedrooms, including 2 bedrooms with 90 cm beds and a 3rd bedroom with a 140 cm bed. Each of the bedrooms is equipped with storage space, a small desk, a bedside table with bedside lamp. The bedroom with the 140 cm bed also gives access to a private terrace. - a modern bathroom with bathtub and shower over the bathtub, - a spacious separate toilet with small sink. - outside, you can enjoy a fenced garden for relaxation or games, two terraces, one of which, facing south, offers a relaxation room and plancha, ideal for moments of relaxation and/or conviviality. Imagine yourself, at aperitif time, comfortably seated, surrounded by vegetation while sipping your aperitif while preparing your grills on the plancha. The second terrace facing East/West with table and 4 chairs for outdoor dining. Sun loungers are available to sunbathe or read a book in the shade of the vegetation. In the garden, vegetation is omnipresent. Also tourist information for young and old. In order to offer you an ecological home, planting in the garden is adapted to the hot and dry climate so that it requires very little watering. You can then contact me via the platform's messaging system or by text message or telephone. In the exceptional event that I am unavailable, a key box is available to allow you access to the villa. If you leave during the night, this key box will allow you to leave on your own. To make sure you travel light, you'll find everything you need on arrival for the start of your stay: a few coffee pods, black and green tea bags, bottled water, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, a few spices, kitchen roll, 2 dishwasher tablets, 2 washing machine tablets, 4 rolls of toilet paper. There is an Aldi supermarket just 2 minutes' walk away, where you can do all your shopping except on Sunday afternoons.
