"LA DEMEURE" LA BERNERIE-EN-RETZ - Family home for up to 4 people, located 50 m from the Croix Lucas beach, in a pleasant, quiet cove. The house is located on the 1st floor, on 75 m2. It is accessible to the disabled. An adapted wheelchair provides access to the first floor. The kitchen is semi-open onto the dining room, with a separate sitting area. The sleeping area comprises a bedroom with a 140x190 bed and a BZ in the living room. Shower room with recent shower cubicle, separate WC. A small balcony is accessible from the living room, equipped with garden furniture for a relaxing break. The enclosed garden, close to the oyster beds, has a large terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. The garage on the ground floor has an American fridge, washing machine and beach toys. Varied activities: beach, swimming in the sea, sailing, walks along the "chemin des douaniers", cycling, tennis and numerous events organised by the tourist office.
