The advantages of the accommodation
Description
The gîte is located in the centre of Alsace, close to tourist sites (Wine Route, Haut-Koenigsbourg, etc.), on the edge of a village, surrounded by meadows and hills, with a 20m² terrace, walking and hiking paths leading from the gîte, and close to a cycle path. The gîte occupies the entire first floor, while the ground floor is used for storage (wood, bike and ski storage). Main heating on wood included. Additional electric heating included. Bedroom 1 (1 double bed), Bedroom 2 (3 single beds), Extra bedroom (1 single bed). Kitchen-living room (glazed stove), sitting room, shower room, separate WC. No carpets. Lake swimming 20 km away. The terrace can be fenced off for your dog. Tumble dryer available in a separate room (shared with the second gîte). Reservations can be made by calling the owner on [l'échange de vos coordonnées n'est pas autorisée]. Weekly rental from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am, from €550 to €620 including heating. We do not use any phytosanitary products. Tourist tax not included. NO INTERNET BOX. Accessible by train, Sélestat station then bus. ARRIVAL POSSIBLE ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY .
