Coucher de soleil" is a magnificent studio in a "Belle Epoque" style residence " Le Grand Hôtel" on the Wimereux sea wall. It is an ideal rental for sports enthusiasts and nature lovers because our rental is located in the heart of the Grand site de France des 2 caps and in the regional natural park. You have many accessible sports nearby. "coucher de soleil" has a high ceiling, a splendid view on the sea and the English coast in clear weather. You can also admire beautiful storms, while being sheltered. Our studio is for 1 or 2 people. But can accommodate up to 3 people if you come with a baby (a cot can be made available on request).  Facing west, you have the sun all afternoon until sunset. It is located on the third floor with elevator access. The building is on the dike, you have direct access to the dike and beach. The city center, with many shops and restaurants, is at 5 minutes walk away. The studio has: - an independent fitted kitchen - a living room / lounge with 1 mezzanine bed for 2 people (140 x 190 cm), as well as a convertible sofa with a quality mattress (140 x 190 cm), a dining area -a bathroom with toilet. we propose facultatives options: -The cleaning option at 35 € - The linen's bed at 20 € (bed made on arrival) - The towels option at 5 € / person  The city tax is 0.85€/personn/night,. Electricity and water are included in the price. you can rent "coucher de soleil" for the week, fortnight, midweek or for a weekend. (We rent from 2 nights) Arrival and departure days are free except summer holidays. In summer period, rental from Saturday to Saturday only Parking is on the street. Since April 2023, all parking spaces between the sea and "rue Napoléon" are chargeable from April to October (from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m., the first quarter of hour is free).                                                                 Rue Carnot is paying all year round in the shopping area. The other Streets of Wimereux are free                                                There is ample free parking at the South entrance. 10 minutes walk from the building: Coming from Boulogne sur mer, at the first roundabout take the first right.  Every day in summer, free shuttles are scheduled every 45 minutes to take you to the Beach, downtown...There is a small inner courtyard where there is a rack to put bicycles (not covered).
