Description

The Charmatière is a house that offers 2 rentals: Rubis and Saphir. Saphir is a 30m² apartment, in the heart of the Monts du Lyonnais, with a living room with lounge area, a sofa bed, TV, radio and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, fridge freezer. There also is a separate double bedroom, a shower room and toilet. Access with 3 steps. Private terrace with garden furniture. Parking space.

We like to welcome our guests as soon as they arrive, to hand over the keys. This is an opportunity for us to show you around and give you all the local tips you need to make the most of your stay here. We do not live on the premises, so the arrival time can be changed on request. A few days before your stay, please let me know your expected arrival time, and on the day of your arrival, please call me 1/2 hour before your arrival so that I can be there when you arrive.

Arriving from Feurs via the A72 motorway, or coming from St-Laurent-de-Chamousset or Les Halles and the route de Lyon D489 then D81: as you enter the village, leave the public school on your left and take the first right at the roundabout, heading for the cemetery. Turn left into chemin de la Charmatière, then right into chemin des Charmates. Drive down the road until you reach number 425, the private rental car park is 20m away. Arriving from the route de Lyon N89 or from Meys via the D71, as you enter the village, turn left passing the fire station, then take the first turning on the right (rue de rampot). Continue along this road and take the second turning on the left (Chemin de la Charmatière). Again, take the second left, Chemin des Charmates. Drive down the road until you reach number 425, the private rental car park is 20m away.
