Coeur de bastide LØ.FT Ô VILLAGE - 4 people - 3 star rating. LØ.FT Ô VILLAGE is a superb flat located in the heart of the bastide town of Monflanquin in Lot & Garonne, in a small pedestrian street. It offers excellent facilities for 4 people thanks to its city-style decor, noble materials and a warm, uncluttered atmosphere that is reminiscent of Scandinavian interiors. The fully-equipped kitchen and living room are bathed in light. The first bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed and the second two single beds. At the rear, a shower room and toilet (the shower room is at the rear of the property, accessible via the rear door). There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance of the flat. On Thursday mornings, the farmers' market is just down the road! Bed linen and towels included in the price_. Rolf and Karen Kommer are the welcoming owners of Domaine de Boulède and Loft ô Village, located in Monflanquin, between the Lot and Dordogne rivers, in the southern Périgord region. Domaine de Boulède is a private hamlet perched on a hill, with panoramic views over the rolling countryside and the medieval village of Monflanquin, listed as one of the "Most Beautiful Villages in France". The estate comprises five spacious, lovingly restored gîtes, each with a covered terrace, well-equipped kitchen and comfortable living room. The accommodation can sleep from six to ten people, with two gîtes accessible to people with reduced mobility. The extensive grounds of three hectares offer two large fenced swimming pools, children's play areas and relaxation areas with hammocks. The Loft ô Village is a boutique-style flat in the heart of Monflanquin. Combining concrete, wood, metal and vintage elements, this space offers a warm, contemporary atmosphere. The 80 m² flat includes a living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a private bathroom and a terrace.
