Description

Locarec is a 28 m2 studio with an exceptional view of the harbour entrance and the open sea. Located on the 3rd floor of a 'waterfront' house comprising 3 other rental properties, this unique room is functional and very bright. Its 3-metre-wide sliding window opens onto the channel used by the trawlers, and the best thing about it is the sea view from the bed....! The studio sleeps a maximum of 2 people (2 x 80 cm beds) + baby (cot), living room-kitchen, shower room with WC, private washing machine, shared tumble dryer, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, TV, unlimited internet access. It can communicate with the other Capelan studio and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Documentation and library available. On the ground floor: garden furniture, courtyard, children's play area, sports equipment, parking, water sports activities, bike hire, fishing, hiking trails, beaches.
