Description
La Bergerie : A former stone and half-timbered sheepfold restored in 2017, the building has kept its exposed stone structure and has been topped with a timber frame. Contemporary, the style is uncluttered with no frills, made with locally manufactured materials, on entering you arrive directly in the main room which is the kitchen, fully equipped with a large table for 8/10, the floor an industrial concrete and stone walls, On either side are 2 bedrooms, each with its own Italian-style shower room, washbasin and wc. Then, as you climb the stairs, the ambience is different, all wood with a small mezzanine lounge and on either side the bedrooms, each with its own bath and washbasin area. The semi-underground swimming pool (6m x 4m) has a large wooden terrace of 40m², secured with a lockable gate, sun loungers, games and pool toys for children. Armbands and buoys for the little ones, night lighting. The garden: There are several areas where you can spend your time with ease: - Garden furniture (table and chairs for 12 people, deckchairs, footstools and sun loungers) - Table tennis, electronic darts, kubb games, balls, swing with trapeze and ladder, secure trampoline, slide, children's house, children's zip line. - A barbecue, a plancha- A total unfenced area of 6000m2.
