Semi-detached house completely renovated in 2020-2021, pleasant in a longère in the Pays de l'Argoat, between land and sea, right next to the RN12, giving you quick and easy access to discover all the riches of the Costarmoricaine region. Originally from the North of France, and in love with Brittany, it was with passion that we carried out the renovation of this longère, which we have now completed with this second 4-person gîte. The ground floor comprises a living room with sofa and coffee table, and a step leading to the dining area and fitted kitchen (with oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, all kitchen utensils, dishwasher) with large bay window. Upstairs, a landing with sofa leads to a shower room with shower and WC, and two separate bedrooms under the roof, one with a 160x200 bed, the other with 2 90x190 beds. Outside, there is a terrace with garden furniture and a garden table, as well as a shared play area with a swing. For your convenience, the gîte is equipped with free WiFi, a television (with Netflix) and a private washing machine; baby equipment is available on request; sheets and towels are provided free of charge and the bed is made on arrival! A 5-person SPA is available, included with a week's booking, or can be hired by the half-hour (€20) or by the hour (€30) upon reservation. All you have to do is enjoy yourself, starting with the little extras that await you on arrival! And if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask us. Don't forget your swimming costume :-)
