Ideally located in Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, our estate is a haven of peace where authenticity meets modern comfort. 🌿 Landscaped grounds shaped by passion The estate's strong point lies in its unique plant setting. Lionel, a landscape gardener by trade with a passion, has designed and shaped the exteriors to create a veritable Garden of Eden. Each species has been carefully selected to create a harmonious landscape throughout the seasons. The ornamental pond: the living heart of the garden, this pond is an ecosystem in its own right. Here you can watch the ballet of the goldfish and listen to the song of the frogs among the water lilies. It's an ideal place to observe local biodiversity in complete silence. The bamboo grove: a haven of natural freshness that shelters our guest rooms and adds a touch of exoticism and intimacy to your waking hours. Leisure activities: enjoy our petanque court and children's play area, perfectly integrated into the landscaped surroundings. The estate belongs to pedestrians (and cicadas!), guaranteeing peace and quiet and total safety for your children. For your luggage, a cart is available from the entrance car park. 🍳 Services and conviviality The summer kitchen: a fully-equipped communal area (induction hob, freezer, crockery) is reserved for our guests for convivial outdoor meals. Dogs welcome: dogs are welcome (up to 15 kg in the bedroom, no size limit in the gîte). Sharing experiences: we'll be your best guides to discovering the Ardèche Gorges, the Grotte Chauvet 2 or our favourite local producers. We like to take this time to : - Guide you to your room or gîte and explain how it works (air conditioning, equipment, summer kitchen access). - Share our passion: Lionel, a landscape gardener by trade, will be delighted to talk to you about the fauna and flora of the estate, the ornamental pond or the bamboo grove. - Advice: you're not just booking numbers. We'll share our local 'nuggets' with you: the best restaurant in the village, the wildest hiking trail or the ideal time to visit Grotte Chauvet 2 without the crowds. Smooth organisation for your comfort Your welcome to the estate is designed to be as stress-free as the rest of your stay: -Secure arrival: when you arrive at the gate, simply ring the intercom. We'll open the door and welcome you in the reception area, opposite the bike shed. - Luggage management: as the estate is entirely pedestrianised for your peace of mind, we can provide you with a cart to transport your luggage effortlessly from the car park to your accommodation. - Welcoming your pets: if you're travelling with your dog (up to 15 kg in the B&B), we'll be just as happy to welcome them.
