Welcome to the house called Le Coin, located in a large estate in the middle of nature. Ideally located between land and sea, you will be in the heart of the Mont-Saint-Michel Bay ! In a country setting in the peace and quiet of a typical Breton hamlet, you will enjoy the many leisure facilities at your disposal, including a heated swimming pool ! Adults and children are welcome. You will be 8 minutes by car from the Golf des Ormes, 20 minutes from the seaside, 30 minutes from Saint-Malo and 40 minutes from Mont-Saint-Michel. Semi-detached house for 3 people : * Ground floor : Fully equipped kitchen (with freezer, oven and microwave), cosy living room with decorative fireplace. * Floor : 1 bedroom (bed 140x200cm), 1 small adjoining bedroom with 1 bed 90cm. * Facilities and services : - TV, internet, wifi, sheets and towels provided, beds made on arrival - Baby facilities: bed, high chair and equipment available. - Animals accepted * Outside : - Outdoor swimming pool (12x5m) in salt water, heated between 22 and 27°C, open from April-May to October, shared with another gîte. - Private terrace with fixed barbecue, garden furniture. - Large wooded park of 1.5 hectares. - Games: trampoline, table tennis, football goals, deckchairs, private parking. * Supplements : Cleaning fee: 60 €. Tourist tax : 0,66 € per person / night
