Description

2-star ** self-catering gîte for holidays in the mountains. Just a stone's throw from Annecy, in the heart of the Bauges massif, close to Le Revard and La Féclaz. Located in an annexe of the Arith dairy, the gîte has its own entrance on the first floor. The entrance opens onto the living room, dining room and fully-equipped kitchen: microwave, electric oven, 2 induction hobs, 1 fridge, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker. There is a separate bedroom with a 140cm double bed and a large wardrobe. Window with roller shutter. The lounge/dining room has a pull-out sofa bed for 2 people. It has a pellet stove. Shower room with wc and walk-in shower. Satellite TV, DVD player, free wifi. You will particularly appreciate the garden area with 1 table and 4 chairs, charcoal barbecue and deckchairs for siesta. Access to a laundry room with washing machine and the possibility of storing your equipment (snowshoes, skis, bikes).

We're twenty minutes from the Margériaz snow stadium for downhill skiing and fifteen minutes from La Féclaz for cross-country skiing.
