Welcome to the Grand site Salagou-Mourèze in the Hérault, where I'm waiting for you, just outside the village of Mourèze, in a peaceful setting for your holidays. This air-conditioned villa with swimming pool can comfortably accommodate up to 9 people + 2 babies. Perfectly equipped to meet all your needs during your stay. Open since May 2024. Come and spend a few days relaxing in the peace and quiet. An exceptional site! To discover. From the house, a 10 to 20 minute walk will take you to the foot of the Col de Porte, Mont Liausson or the Pic de Vissous. Access via the A75 motorway (free), Clermont l'Hérault exit, direction Bédarieux. The house has 3 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds (0.90x200) that can be converted into single beds (180x200). Each has its own shower room, toilet and small private terrace overlooking the garden. A large 72m2 living room with TV, music and board games. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals. The spacious lounge has a comfortable sofa bed. An extra bed (0.90 x 180), 2 cots with mosquito nets, baby phone, baby bath and baby chair are also available. A covered terrace at the side of the pool provides shade until around 4pm in summer. Outside you'll find a large dining area with a table for 10 and a plancha. We live close to the villa and discreetly look after the pool in the mornings and the outside areas. 2 electricity points are available at the entrance to the village at the tourist office. Access to numerous hiking and horse-riding trails. Lac du Salagou 10 minutes away (nautical base) On foot, by bike or motorbike, there are miles of greenery to discover. This region is a delight for mountain bikers! Festival de Mourèze towards the end of July in the Parc des Courtinals, 1 km from the village entrance. Numerous festivities in the surrounding area during the summer period In the village: Restaurants (Art de la Flamme, O Cirque, Auberge Val de Mourèze, 2 small fast-food restaurants Flor du Salagou and le Petit Creux (small crêperie)1 refreshment bar Les Romarins, a 10-minute walk away A few minutes by car: - Discover the villages of Villeneuvette, Octon and Salasc. - The Salagou lake (nautical base), dance halls and numerous festivities during the summer. Caves in the region for a bit of fresh air: Clamouse, Labeil, La grotte des fées, Des Demoiselles, de la Devèze. For young and old alike, a day out with a picnic at the Parc des Dinosaures in Mèze. 30/45 minutes by car from the sea (Marseillan, Mèze, Sète, Cap d'Agde) Etang de Thau 10 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot, come and discover the Pic de Vissou and go hang-gliding or paragliding. Numerous locations: Accrobranche and Parc Acrobatique Shops and shopping area 10 minutes away by car in Clermont l'Hérault and local and organic producers.
