The gîte is located just outside the village of Beaufay in northern Sarthe, at the end of a carriage road. You will access a large 13-hectare property, shared with the owners... and a few small animals such as hens and sheep. . Its main assets? A gite in the heart of the countryside, large open spaces on the property, completely independent access, 3 bedrooms, overnight stays possible.
