This new, well-equipped studio is an ideal base for a great holiday, just a 5-minute walk from the town centre and a 5-minute drive from the beautiful Cap Coz beach. All amenities and shops are nearby. Come and stay on the Breton Riviera, which has some wonderful surprises in store for you with its protected natural sites, such as the Glénan Archipelago for a real picture-postcard setting! Studio for 2 people on the 1st floor of a residence with lift: Comprising: fully-equipped kitchen (combined freezer, oven and microwave), living room and sleeping area with 1 double bed and wall-mounted TV. Shower room with WC. Facilities and services: Wall-mounted TV, WIFI internet access, washing machine. Bed linen and towels provided, beds made on arrival. Cot and baby equipment available on request. Outside: balcony, private car park. Bicycle hire available. From the Quimper road or from La Forêt Fouesnant, at the Ker Elo Haut roundabout, head towards the town centre / route des plages. After a few hundred metres, take rue de Kérourgué on your right. You've arrived at Clos du Kastel (residence on your left), the entrance to the car park is at 48 Chemin du Château d'eau. To access the flat, enter the residence (barrier code 1998E) and then head for private parking space No. 11 on your left. Follow the driveway to the entrance of the building, then enter the code A1959 on the intercom. Flat B14 is on the first floor, at the end of the corridor to the right. A lift is available in the second entrance, on the road side, opposite the entrance hall.
