Holiday home in the heart of Les Sables d'Olonne, just 800m from the Grande Plage, 1km from the town centre and 400m from the Arago market. Ideal location for doing everything on foot during your stay. The rental consists of 2 parts. The 1st part comprises a fully-equipped kitchen, a lounge/living room, a bedroom with 1 double bed and a shower room with WC. In the 2nd part (not adjoining, approx. 8m away, via the outside) you will find a second bedroom with 2 x 80cm beds, an adjoining shower room with WC, shower, washbasin and washing machine. There is a south-facing terrace with garden furniture, a large parasol and deckchairs. There is free parking on the avenue.
