The flat has a 17m2 terrace with a beautiful view over the bay and protected natural areas. This setting offers holidaymakers a real change of scenery and relaxation. The kitchen is separate, opening onto the terrace and communicating directly with the living room. This practical flat is fully equipped (gas cooker with electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.). All amenities for 2 people. The shower room is practical with all the necessary amenities: shower, wc, washbasin on work surface, mirror cabinet, hairdryer, electric towel warmer. The attic bedroom invites you to dream and relax. It has a 180x200 double bed (2 90x200 beds) and a beautiful view of the bay from one of the skylights. There is ample parking opposite the flat. A shared bicycle storage area is available in the garden. WIFI internet access is available free of charge. A cot, high chair and small bathtub can be provided for young children. Accommodation not accessible for PRM (stairs). Bed linen can be hired. The flat must be left in the same state of cleanliness as found on arrival. A cleaning charge of €60 may be payable at the beginning of your stay.
