Villa YANA is a beautiful architect-designed house with an INTERIOR SWIMMING POOL SHARED with Villa ENORA. It is completely independent of Villa Enora. Situated near the sandy beach of Port Neuf and the coastal path (GR34 100 metres away), it offers excellent facilities. Fully equipped and contemporary in style, it sleeps 6 people. On the ground floor, the Villa comprises a large living room (connected TV, DVD, Wifi) and a fitted kitchen (coffee machine, microwave, combined freezer and dishwasher), a WC and a bathroom with direct access to the swimming pool. Upstairs there are three bedrooms: the master bedroom with 1 x 160*200cm bed and a beautiful sea view, the 2nd bedroom with 2 x 90*190 beds (possibility of preparing 1 x 180 bed for 2 adults) and a connected TV, the 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed (2*90*190) and a single 90*190 bed. There is also a bathroom with an Italian-style shower and a WC. Outside you'll find a terrace, a shady private garden with garden furniture and barbecue, and a private 6-seater Jacuzzi spa (open from April to early November). Dogs and cats are accepted with a supplement 🐶 which you will pay on site. Housekeeping is 90€ it is not compulsory but advisable it is to be paid on site. Bicycles (to be booked on site, €20 per week) are available for exploring the seaside and its magnificent beaches (les Amiets-le Dossen) 🚲 Discover magnificent landscapes as the tides change. Fine sandy beaches, dune massifs, mysteriously shaped granite boulders... The perfect opportunity to try your hand at surfing or kayaking. The Pointe de Perharidy, the Anse de Guillec, the Ile de Batz... When it comes to excursions, Haut Léon will be your playground, with the GR34 coastal path leading the way for unforgettable iodised walks. In a city mood? The ancient cities of Roscoff and Morlaix are just a stone's throw away. Good places to eat will be recommended to you on your arrival (2 restaurants are less than 10 minutes' walk away). Book a day trip to Brest (a little further away but well worth the diversions) and visit Océanopolis, an incredible aquarium, or La Recrée des 3 Curés in Milizac (a 45 minutes from the Villa). This park is now ranked number 10 in France. It's well worth a visit for a day out with the family. And to get them excited about vegetables, head for Légumes Project in Saint-Pol-de-Léon, an organic and educational farm like no other, or seaweed with a visit to Algoplus in Roscoff. Take on the Château du Taureau. Before heading home, take a diversion to sample one of Stéphane GIRAUD's marvellous marshmallows. In the evening, take in the Majestic cinema in Saint Pol de Léon or a short trip to the corsair town of Roscoff, and you're all tucked up for sweet dreams!
