Description

Located at Port de la Houle in Cancale, Les Chants de la Houle is on the ground floor of a beautiful house comprising 3 individual flats. Les Chant de la Houle is an ideal base for visiting Cancale and discovering the riches of the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel. This 33 m2 flat has a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a small living room with an exceptional view over the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel. It sleeps three, including one single on the sofa bed in the living room. The bedroom, with its tiled floor and double bed (140x190), has two high windows overlooking the rear of the building, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The flat has a shower room and separate toilet. The added bonus of this rental is its private parking space in a closed garage (1 space for a small or medium-sized car, no vans or SUVs). EXTRA CHARGES - tourist tax included in the total price: €0.99/adult/night (furnished accommodation rated 2 stars by Atout France) - compulsory final cleaning - bed linen and towels are optional - only 1 small dog can be accepted with a supplement of 10€/D - Contact the owner if you come with your dog. Other animals are not accepted Please note: no WIFI

Access map

By car: direct access to Cancale and then to the John Kennedy quay in the Port de la Houle. The accommodation is located on the seafront, in an easily accessible area. By train: Saint-Malo SNCF station is the most convenient way to reach Cancale. It is served by TER BreizhGo trains on the Rennes ↔ Saint-Malo line, with a journey time of around 55 minutes from Rennes. By bus from Saint-Malo station: the MAT network links Cancale to Saint-Malo station on line 5. Official timetables show a service between Cancale Église and Gares - Quai K / Quai J, making it easy to reach Cancale by public transport. By air: Dinard Bretagne airport is the nearest airport to the area. The airport website indicates that Saint-Malo is 20 minutes away, making it a convenient gateway to Cancale. Rennes airport is another practical option. Its website states that it is approximately 1 hour from Saint-Malo by expressway; it is also linked to Rennes by the C6 line and by the Saint-Jacques-de-la-Lande SNCF station, located 15 minutes' walk from the airport. By taxi / VTC: available from Saint-Malo station or from Dinard and Rennes airports for direct access to the gîte. Dinard airport lists access by taxi in its practical information. On foot: the address is on the Quai John Kennedy, in the heart of the Port de la Houle area, making it easy to take advantage of the shops and restaurants on the seafront.
