Located in the commune of Pouldreuzic, 2 km from the beach and small port of Penhors (blue flag label), surf spot, supervised swimming in July and August, fishing on foot or by boat. All shops 1 km away and a bakery/pastry shop 50 m away. Ground floor: fitted kitchen (combined freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave), living room, 1 bedroom with double bed (160x200). 1 shower room with walk-in shower, 1 separate WC, 1 utility room. First floor: 2 twin beds (80 x 200) that can be made into 160 x 200, 1 bedroom with 1 bed (90 x 190), a mezzanine with a reading area, 1 separate WC. Facilities and services: TV, radio CD, washing machine, bed linen and towels for hire on request, cot and high chair/booster seat. Outside: garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, private enclosed garden and parking area with remote-controlled gate, bicycle garage.
