The advantages of the accommodation
Description
Our gîte, La Jordane, can accommodate from 2 to 15 people, and all the rental options on offer will always be in a detached house. Electricity and heating costs are included in the rental price. In the heart of the Parc Naturel du Haut Jura, opposite the ski slopes of the Gentianes resort and not far from the region of lakes and waterfalls. Come and enjoy this large, fully renovated detached house. Ground floor: fully-equipped separate kitchen, dining room, then lounge with bar area, sofa, flat-screen TV and wood-burning stove (wood provided). Shower room with walk-in shower, separate wc. One bedroom with a 140cm bed. Upstairs: mezzanine comprising a reading and games area and a sleeping area with 2 single beds. Access to the balcony. Two bedrooms, each with a 140cm bed, and a third bedroom with a 140cm bed and a 90cm bed. Large shower room with shower cubicle and double washbasin. Separate WC. At the side of the house, you can access an independent flat for 4 people, comprising a living room with fitted kitchen and sitting area, a shower room with wc and, upstairs, a bedroom with two 90cm bunk beds and a 140cm bed. In fine weather, you can also take advantage of the adjoining, unenclosed garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Also available: petanque area, ski and bike storage. Two cheques are required for the security deposit, one for €850 for the house and the other for €250 for cleaning. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require any further information.
