A pleasant setting for your stay: - Bright living room facing the avenue, with plenty of natural light throughout the day. - Two quiet bedrooms facing the garden, equipped with top-of-the-range 30 cm thick mattresses for a peaceful, restful night's sleep. - A modern, functional bathroom designed to meet all your needs. - A large private terrace, equipped with garden furniture, a table with chairs and sun loungers, invites you to enjoy moments of relaxation in the open air, alone or with friends. An ideal location: Located just 650 metres from the spa, this flat makes it easy to get to your treatments on foot or by bike, with no transport constraints. Free parking is also available. This bright and welcoming flat is the perfect place to recharge your batteries and make the most of your stay. The resident owners will be delighted to welcome you and make your experience as pleasant as possible. Optional : - Sheet hire: 20 euros per bed for the stay - Towel hire: 10 euros per person for the stay (2 small towels + 2 large towels) - End-of-stay cleaning: 40 euros
