A space designed for your well-being - Light and tranquillity: the flat faces south towards the garden, offering peace and quiet and plenty of natural light throughout the day. - A cosy bedroom: Relax in a comfortable 160 cm bed for a peaceful night's sleep. - A spacious shower room - A cosy lounge area: perfect for reading, watching TV or simply relaxing in a warm atmosphere. - Direct access to the car park: Easy, effortless parking right in front of the flat. - Comfort in all seasons: The flat is air-conditioned to ensure a pleasant temperature, even on the hottest days. After a morning at the spa or a walk, you'll appreciate the peace and quiet of this flat, designed to make you feel right at home. It's the ideal place for a simple, relaxing break.
