Welcome to the "Bellalaurane" holiday rental, located in Saint-Malo, just a few metres from the Bas Sablons beach in the Saint-Servan district of Brittany. This 36 m² flat can accommodate 2-3 people and is on the 2nd floor of a small residence. Ideally located just a few minutes' walk from shops, transport, the Bas Sablons beach and 10 minutes' walk from Intra-muros. This flat is located in the heart of the Saint-Servan district of Saint-Malo, which is very dynamic with its many shops, restaurants, beach, GR 34 footpath and markets several times a week. The flat is on the 2nd floor and sleeps 2-3 people: By day - Living room with lounge and kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped (2 induction hobs, mini-oven, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, crockery and cooking utensils). Night-time - Separate bedroom for 2 people (bed 140x190 cm) with storage and desk area, shutters. - Sofa bed in the lounge for 1 person (bed 90x190 cm) with storage space. - Non-smoking room Sanitary - Separate shower room with shower, washbasin and hairdryer. - Separate WC.
