The advantages of the accommodation
Description
Situated around 1 km from the shops, 50 m from the sea and 400 m from the thalassotherapy centre, this 30 m² type 2 flat with sea view is located on the 1st floor of a quiet residence with sea-facing grounds and comprises: a living room with sofa bed, a fully-equipped kitchen area, a sleeping area with a 140x190 bed, a shower room with shower cubicle and WC. For your convenience, we have a television with DVD player, a washing machine, a multifunction microwave, a mini dishwasher and baby equipment. The flat has a balcony terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and an awning. The residence has a secure bicycle storage area and private parking (access for residents only). Direct access to the beach is possible from the residence grounds. A security deposit is required on arrival (€500 or €700 if you have a pet). A cleaning deposit will also be required (65 €). In low season, a heating supplement applies. Bed linen and towels can be hired on request (€15/bed and €7.50/towel).
