In the countryside, in a small hamlet in the Lomagne gersoise, 70 m² house renovated in 2016, comprising: living room with sofa, colour TV; kitchen area. Upstairs: one bedroom (1 x 140cm bed) and a second bedroom with 90cm bunk beds. Bathroom and separate WC. Electric heating in all rooms. Free WiFi. Garden furniture, terrace, barbecue, green area and shaded private parking space opposite the gîte. All shops and services 8 km away (Fleurance). Tuesday and Saturday morning markets. Swimming pool, golf, horse riding....Astronomy festival in early August. Local hiking trails. Mountain bike trails: From 315 to 336 euros per week or from 45 to 48 euros per night. This gîte is adjoined to another single-storey gîte and sleeps 5, making it ideal for holidays with family or friends while still retaining a little independence. Tourist tax is extra.
