Equipped with every comfort and located in the immediate vicinity of Europapark, Rulantica, Colmar, Strasbourg and Obernai. Ideally located in the heart of central Alsace for visiting Christmas markets, the wine route, the Black Forest, Haut Koenigsbourg castle... Quick and easy access to cycle route 15 and a garage for two wheels at your disposal. Your new, air-conditioned, fully-equipped apartment is on the 1st floor (no elevator). Discover a bright, spacious apartment in a secure 4-unit building. Sleeping 4 to 6 people, you'll find everything you need for your stay. The apartment comprises an entrance hall with cupboard, a large living room opening onto a lounge with TV and sofa bed (140x190), a living room and fully-equipped kitchen, a first bedroom with double bed (160x200) and dressing area, a second bedroom with double bed (160x200) and chest of drawers, a shower room and separate toilet. Free high-speed WiFi throughout the apartment, with the option of connecting to your favorite subscriptions on the TV. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with a welcome kit including "Senseo" coffee pods, tea, herbal tea, dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, dishcloths, sponge, salt-pepper, oil-vinegar, powdered sugar. Private terrace with table, chairs and parasol. One free parking space per unit is available in the residence's enclosed courtyard. The entrance door is locked with a magnetic pass. For your security, the parking lot is under video surveillance. A charging station is available for your electric vehicle. Pets are not allowed. As your relaxation is our priority, we want to welcome you in the best possible conditions, paying particular attention to the cleaning and preparation of your accommodation. We have selected hotel-quality mattresses, bed linen and towels (Linvosges-Thiriez). Beds are made up on arrival, and you'll be provided with bath sheets, towels, bath mats, shower gel, shampoo and soap (Fair Trade). Bathroom linen, bed linen and household linen are included in the price of your stay. For longer stays (over 15 days), we use a laundry service, and a compulsory supplement will be charged for bed linen (€10 per set), bathroom linen (€5 for a shower sheet and a towel) and cleaning (€30). Mandatory tourist tax surcharge: €0.80/adult/night. Optional breakfast supplement :  -10 € per person (French style) including half a baguette, a pastry, butter, honey, jam, fruit juice, fresh fruit, hot drinks (coffee, tea, chocolate or milk), to be reserved by telephone by 7pm the day before. -15 € per person (continental) including French breakfast + cold cuts or fish, eggs on request, assortment of cheeses, to be reserved by telephone by 7pm the day before. Baby equipment, board games, iron and ironing board, plancha, raclette or fondue machine, crepe maker, available on request. Optional extra meal kit: offering raclette, planchette, dish of the day with local produce, on request, to be ordered 48 hours in advance. Order your groceries from the Super U BOOFZHEIM Drive or by delivery. Please note that most shops in Alsace are closed on Sundays.
