This fully-renovated house, set in the peace and quiet of the countryside and just 15 minutes from the first beaches, will win you over. Plouégat-Guerand lies at the heart of a region where nature and the sea meet. Surrounded by footpaths winding through the Breton countryside, this is a paradise for walkers. The landscape, with its rolling green hills and mysterious forests, offers breathtaking panoramas. Not far away, the Breton coast unveils fine sandy beaches, ideal for a seaside getaway... House sleeps 6: Ground floor: fitted and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, combined freezer, oven and microwave etc.), living room, separate WC. First floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (80cm) and 1 single bed (90cm), 1 mezzanine used as a games room with a pull-out bed that can sleep 2 people (80cm), shower room-WC. Facilities and services: TV in living room, WIFI internet access, washing machine, towels and sheets included, bed made on arrival, baby equipment on request.
