Description

Ty Perléna is a recently built house in the heart of the charming seaside resort of Brignogan-Plages. We look forward to welcoming you to our bright, spacious, warm and well-equipped accommodation. A 60 m² terrace and a garden will allow you to recharge your batteries. Close to the GR 34, the cycle route and the water sports centres, this is a quiet location in a cul-de-sac 600 m from the first beach, 300 m from the shops and the lively Friday market in summer. Numerous must-see tourist sites nearby (the Pontusval lighthouse along the GR34, the fishing village of Ménéham in Kerlouan, the Ile Vierge lighthouse in Plouguerneau: the highest lighthouse in Europe, etc.). Bikes for hire nearby. Detached house for 6 people: Ground floor: fitted kitchen (dishwasher, combined freezer, oven and microwave), living room, separate WC. First floor: 2 bedrooms with 1 x 160 x 200 bed, 1 bedroom with 2 x 90 beds (or possibility of a 180 x 190 bed for the 1st bed and a trundle bed with additional bedding for the 2nd bed), 1 bathroom, separate WC. Facilities and services: TV, WIFI Internet, cot and equipment, bed linen provided, beds made on arrival. Outside: 60 m² terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, private garden and car park, bicycle garage. Weekly and short-stay prices: Consult the availability schedule to find out the price of your stay.
