Description

Charming little house, garden, close to the beach Ideally located, Les Agapanthes de Cancale is a 40 m2 house just 10 minutes' walk from the beautiful Verger beach. With its cosy interior and intimate garden, it can accommodate up to 3 people (2 adults + 1 child). It's the perfect pied-à-terre for your getaway on the Emerald Coast. Les Agapanthes de Cancale offers a lovely, light-filled living room with a fully equipped kitchen and direct access to the garden. The house has two bedrooms: one on the first floor, overlooking the garden, has a double bed (140x190) and storage space. The second bedroom is accessed via a Japanese staircase. This attic bedroom (max height 1.70 metres) has a single bed (90x190) and is ideal for a child. A separate toilet and bathroom are located on the first-floor landing. Les Agapanthes de Cancale has a pretty fenced garden with flowers. Here you can enjoy a meal in the sunshine or relax in the deckchairs provided. For your bicycles, there is a secure outdoor parking area. Please note - Linen is available as an optional extra. - Access to the second bedroom is via a Japanese staircase, i.e. a slightly steep staggered staircase. This bedroom has a sloping ceiling, max height 1.70 metres. - The house is semi-detached but its garden is very private. - A deposit of 200 € will be required one week before your arrival.
