Welcome to this relaxing spot in the heart of the village of Berrwiller. It's a cosy new 40 m², non-smoking, independent 2-room air-conditioned guest flat for 2 to 6 people. "Cosy" has - a living room with sofa bed (140 x 200), armchair, coffee table, HD television, WiFi, dining table with 4 chairs, - a kitchen opening onto the living room, equipped with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven, extractor fan, toaster, filter coffee machine, kettle and everything else you need for cooking. - bedroom with double bed (160 x 200), wardrobe, small desk with chair, radiator and electric roller shutter, - a shower room with walk-in shower, washbasin, vanity unit under washbasin, hairdryer, WC and heated towel rail. - a washing machine and clothes line, ironing board and iron. - a mezzanine sleeping area for two children (2 x 60 x 180 mattresses). - a private terrace where you can relax over breakfast, an aperitif or dinner in fine weather. For more than 2 people, please contact me for the price. A cleaning charge of €40 is compulsory.
