The advantages of the accommodation
Description
The main accommodation at Utopias Campus, the group gîte (also known as "Le Grand Gîte") can comfortably accommodate up to 13 people in a total area of 140m2. It has 4 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs on 2 levels. With the option of renting a large multi-purpose room in the attic, the "Zen Room". A large kitchen leads directly into the 35m2 living-dining area, comfortably furnished with audio and video equipment. Direct access to 2 private outdoor areas: a 30 m2 sun terrace and a 250m2 landscaped courtyard. Renting the Grand Gîte gives you access to all the shared areas inside (multi-purpose room) and outside (car park-pétanque, playground, large meadow, bird sanctuary and Guinguette). The gîte has the "Tourisme et Handicap - Tous handicaps" label, and is fully accessible to people with reduced mobility on the entire ground floor and terrace. Its facilities and equipment, approved by the Coordination Handicap Normandie, are also suitable for people with visual, mental or hearing impairments.
