Enjoy a bright, central pied-à-terre on the 1st floor of an 18th-century building in the centre of La Rochelle's historic district, with its potentially narrow staircase. This large, unoverlooked 33 m² studio apartment is located in a typical La Rochelle building, just a stone's throw from Place de Verdun, with its underground car park for easy parking and its bus network serving the whole town, the Marché Central for shopping at the greengrocers and buying seafood, and close to the Vieux Port for a coffee on the terrace. Without taking the car, you can do everything on foot or by bike, which you can hire if you wish. For your comfort, linen and towels are included in the rental price. Pets are not accepted due to allergies. Come and put down your suitcases in peace and quiet and enjoy this carefully renovated, bright and unusual accommodation, with all the comforts you need for a great holiday or a few days' teleworking. If you're keen on quiet walks and sporting activities, you can also take advantage of the nearby Parc Charruyer, the La Concurrence beach to watch the sun set over the ocean or enjoy a drink, the shops in the pedestrianised area and the many gastronomic and cultural attractions, such as the Natural History Museum with its garden in the town centre.
