Description
Located at the foot of Avenue de la Cathédrale, just 500 metres from the famous Rémois monument, La Demeure Belle Époque welcomes you in a warm and authentic atmosphere. Our guest house comprises three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms as well as a family suite nestled on the 3ᵉ floor. The accommodation, split between the 1ᵉʳ, 2ᵉ and 3ᵉ floors, faces either the street or the inner courtyard. Please note that the house does not have a lift. Ideally located, the residence is a 10-minute walk from the train station, 3 minutes from the tramway and 5 minutes from the shopping streets, while offering very easy access to parking in the area. Reims Cathedral, the city's historic landmark, is just 500 metres away. With a total capacity of 10 people, each room is equipped with all modern comforts: TV, Netflix, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fridge, microwave, and much more, to make your stay pleasant and relaxing.

🚆 Access from the station / public transport From the station (Gare de Reims or Gare Champagne-Ardenne TGV) If you arrive at Gare Champagne-Ardenne TGV: take the tram (Grand Reims Mobilités network) to Gare Centre. From Gare Centre (or arrive directly there) - once in the city centre - you can walk, cycle or take the bus to Rue Chabaud. The Grand Reims Mobilités network (tram + bus + TAD) runs every day, and a 1 h15 ticket (or season ticket) allows you to combine tram and bus. A typical itinerary on foot or by public transport From the central station, head towards the city centre and then the Rue Chabaud district (about 5-15 minutes depending on your exact point of departure). Rue Chabaud is in the centre of Reims, so access should not require several connections. 🚗 By car or by car + parking If you're coming by car, drive into Reims city centre and then look out for Rue Chabaud. It's a central address. As parking in the city centre can be limited, plan to park in a nearby street or public car park, then walk to your destination. 🚌 What you need to know about urban transport in Reims The CITURA network (bus + tram) serves the whole city and operates 7 days a week. Tickets can be bought or topped up at the Grand Reims Mobilités shop (near the station), at the terminals at tram stations or directly on the buses.
