Discover this charming flat in the hills above Collioure, in a quiet residence secured by an electric gate. Ideal for a relaxing break, yet close to the centre and beaches. The flat has a bright living room with a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, full set of utensils) opening onto a loggia that can be fully opened to enjoy a magnificent unobstructed view of the sea and the hills of Collioure. The bedroom has a double bed (140cm) and a separate shower room and WC. You can choose between a private garage (height 1.90 m - width 2.30 m) or a free parking space in the residence, depending on your needs. The beach and town centre are around 1 km away, just a few minutes away. Bed linen and towels are provided, and cleaning at the end of your stay is compulsory, to ensure your comfort. There are a few steps up to the flat. Rental conditions : - Minimum stay of 5 nights out of season - Minimum stay of 7 nights in summer An ideal pied-à-terre for enjoying Collioure, with its tranquillity, comfort and exceptional views.
