We offer you a functional and pleasant studio, ideally located for your stay. Description of the accommodation: - Surface area: 19 m² - Location : Ground floor, avenue side of the residence - Equipment : 140 cm BZ bed, fitted kitchen, shower room, storage space - Proximity : Located 650 metres from the thermal baths, easily accessible on foot. Shops and services also within walking distance. Optional extra: - Sheet hire: 20 euros for the stay - Towel hire: 10 euros per person for the stay (2 small towels + 2 large towels) - End-of-stay cleaning: 30 euros Owner lives on site.
