Holiday rental for 2 people at Josselin in Morbihan. For your next holiday, treat yourself to a green, cultural and mysterious interlude, between the Nantes-Brest canal and the Brocéliande forest. The gîte is located 100 metres from the canal and its banks, which are home to bars and restaurants. The owner wanted to preserve the original atmosphere to give the gite a 'retro' feel. A retro atmosphere, like a whiff of Proust's madeleine. This flat, located on the first floor of the owner's house, comprises a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), an old television set and two armchairs, a second bedroom with a single bed (90cm) and a shower room with WC. Outside, there is a small garden with garden furniture. The gîte does not have a washing machine, but the owner will be happy to wash your clothes. The flat is on the 1st floor. The entrance to the property is shared but access to the gîte is via a private outside staircase. You can park your car in front of the property. There is a henhouse with free-range hens and a cockerel, and two goats at the shared entrance, so you're guaranteed to hear the sounds of the countryside and switch off. However, there are no animals in the private part of the gîte. You can hire vintage bikes, go-karts, BB buggies and disabled bikes from Bikeis, as well as board games. The accommodation is entirely non-smoking. Bed linen and towels are provided. We are obliged to clean the house and change the linen between each stay. You will be asked to wash your dishes and dispose of your rubbish at the end of your stay. The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Arrival is from 5pm and departure before 10am. Subject to availability, we can accept an earlier arrival and/or a late departure for a supplement of 30 euros per change.
