We are delighted to welcome you to our contemporary 50 m² flat, located in Gérardmer, in the same building as our main home, while guaranteeing you an independent and individual entrance for a completely independent stay. Our apartment is ideally located, just 300 metres from Gérardmer lake and the town centre shops. In winter, you can take advantage of the free snow shuttle, available nearby, for easy access to the slopes. The flat is light and airy, making it ideal for a couple staying together in a modern, comfortable setting. It comprises : - An open-plan fitted kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, fridge, freezer) opening onto the living room; A lounge area with TV, connected sound bar, video library, bookcase, radio and CD/DVD player. - A separate, spacious bedroom with fold-away bed and study area; - A shower room with walk-in shower - Separate WC. We also have the following facilities at your disposal - Free WIFI connection, - Secure garage for bikes, skis or motorbikes (on request), - Baby kit (cot, high chair) on request, - Table linen provided. Cleaning is included in the price, while bed linen and towels are optional. If you opt for the bed linen package, the bed (160x200 cm) will be prepared before your arrival for optimum comfort. If you bring your own sheets, the bed will be 160*200. Private parking is available on the owners' property, providing a convenient and secure solution for your vehicle. An electric charging point is also available just 100 metres from the flat. The flat is non-smoking. We speak French, English, Dutch and German.
