Just 5 km from the Puech des Ouilles beach, this fully renovated gîte welcomes you to a peaceful, leafy setting, ideal for holidays with family or friends in the heart of the Cantal. This detached single-storey house has 3 comfortable bedrooms with double beds, a modern, fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, coffee maker, etc.) with dining area, and a bright living room opening onto a pleasant veranda converted into a dining room. There is also a functional bathroom with shower, washing machine and washbasin, as well as a separate toilet. The gîte has a cot and high chair for young children. Outside, relax in the large enclosed garden with garden furniture and barbecue, perfect for summer meals. The gîte is ideally located at 4 impasse de la Petite Vitesse, 15150 Lacapelle-Viescamp, in the Cantal département of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. Easy to reach, it is just a few minutes from the Saint-Étienne-Cantalès lake and the Puech des Ouilles beach. 🚗 By car: From Aurillac (20 km away, around 25 min), follow the D120 towards Saint-Paul-des-Landes, then Lacapelle-Viescamp. From Clermont-Ferrand (about 2h15), take the A75 then the D922 to Aurillac, before rejoining the D120.
