This 75 m² town house provides a comfortable base for exploring the spa and the surrounding area. All shops, restaurants, spa facilities and leisure facilities are within walking distance. Layout: Ground floor: entrance, fully fitted and equipped separate kitchen, living room (sofa bed), separate toilet and garage (comprising a laundry area with washing machine/dryer and storage space for bikes/skis). From the kitchen and living area, you have direct access to the terrace and enclosed garden, perfect for relaxing or sharing a meal al fresco. First floor: Two bedrooms: the Turquoise bedroom with a 160x200 bed and the Orange bedroom with a 140x190 bed. A shower room with toilet. Everything included (bed linen, towels and table linen)! Free parking in the street Electricity charges not included in the price, from 30 September to 31 March. You will always be welcomed in person. There are no lock boxes here. It's all about having a welcome and meeting the people on site who can guide and help you during your stay. You'll be greeted either by me, if I'm present, or by the concierge, who knows the house like the back of her hand!
