Description

Holiday home set in 2300 m² of wooded grounds in Saint Hilaire de Riez, comprising 2 parts, the main house and a studio. You have the option of renting all the rooms or separately, depending on your requirements. The 70 m² main house has a living area with a fitted and equipped kitchen, as well as a lounge. The three bedrooms each have a double bed (140cm). There is also a shower room with toilet. The studio comprises a fitted and equipped kitchen area and a living area with a sleeping area (1 double bed 140cm wide). A shower room with wc completes the accommodation. The terrace faces the adjoining garden, which is not enclosed, and a separate partition has been installed to ensure privacy. You are just 1.5 km from the town centre and 4 km from the beach at Sion sur l'Océan. The entrance is shared but parking is private. Pets are not allowed. (Ref 'La Petite Maison de Pays' MAIS 1706 + MAIS 1707). MENAGE + CONCIERGERIE PACKAGE included: - Beds made before your arrival, - Bathroom linen provided, (for a period of 3 weeks) - Final cleaning. Deposit to be paid via the SWIKLY application (credit card pre-authorisation).
