Description

Air-conditioned gite with private entrance and 200 m2 enclosed garden. Large terrace with 30 m sea view for meals or relaxing. Located 5 km from the sea, La Gaude is a small, authentic Provencal village. On the banks of the Var river, there are numerous walks, hiking and mountain biking trails. This is an ideal location for water sports and coastal activities, as well as for access to the Mercantour National Park. Independent entrance (private terrace of 30 m with a garden of 200 m2) with an awning offering a sea view. Living room with sofa, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, extractor fan, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, full set of cookware). 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm) forming a double bed (180cm), which can be separated, and 1 other bedroom opening onto the terrace with 2 electric single beds (90cm) forming a double bed (180cm), which can also be separated. A foldaway 90cm bed is in the bedroom. Shower room with large 90x90cm shower, washbasin, WC, washing machine in the room. Baby equipment available on request. Important: private parking space for car with independent access to the gîte. Sheets (€12 per pair), towels (€10 per person) and cleaning service (€80) available on request.
