Welcome to our house in Santec. We would be delighted to welcome you to our beautiful region. The house is very well equipped: fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, internet (fibre), living room, bedrooms. Outside, 400 m2 garden with deckchairs, table, garden furniture, barbecue.... From the garden, you have access through a gate to the heated swimming pool on the neighbouring property, which is entirely reserved for you. You can also take full advantage of the garden and deckchairs provided. The house is ideally located, 300 metres from the village and 6 minutes' walk from the 1st beach (Plage du Staol), and 5 km from the charming town of Roscoff and its pier for the island of Batz, 5 km from St pol de Léon and its cathedral, supermarkets, etc, 15 km from the town of Carantec, 20 km from the Morlaix viaduct and its half-timbered houses...
