Véronique et Serge
Clévacances owner since October 2026
Véronique and Serge, retired farmers, spent 12 years welcoming children on farm holidays to share with them their passion for animals and nature, and to raise their awareness of the need to respect our environment. As an animal-assisted therapy practitioner, Véronique has also set up her own animal-assisted therapy centre to provide people facing life’s challenges with a place of calm and renewal, alongside animals trained to foster companionship and well-being. They are surrounded by adorable little feathered and furry friends: donkeys, goats, sheep, dogs, cats, hens, rabbits, guinea pigs and chinchillas. At her Animal-Assisted Therapy Centre (C.AZ), she offers animal-assisted therapy sessions using her animals, which have been trained to provide therapeutic support. They work together – the person, the animal and Elle – to create a space of wellbeing, listening and renewal. Every encounter with the animal becomes a step towards self-discovery. Here, the gazes are sincere, the gestures gentle, and the animal, a silent companion, soothes whatever needs rest. Together, we forge a simple yet profound bond, to reconnect with trust, emotion, breath… and inner peace. Drawing on all these experiences, they can offer you bespoke activities: exploring the local flora and fauna, and rejuvenation sessions with the animals. They will be delighted to share with you their little corner of paradise, where they cultivate simple beauty and a connection with the living world, and where everything feels different.
