Very comfortable, renovated 28 m² studio in a quiet area 100 metres from the Trez beach in Bénodet, the Casino, cinema, restaurants and thalassotherapy. Supermarket and bakery 15-20 minutes away on foot and 5 minutes by car. Building secured by digicode (see photo), floors accessible by lifts, you will be welcomed by your host for a minimum weekly stay in summer, for a minimum of 2 nights the rest of the year. Keys available in the key box if you arrive outside these times. Studio for 2 people, 3rd floor of a residence. Layout: fully-equipped kitchen (combi-freezer, washing machine, electric oven, microwave), sofa bed (140cm), shower room with walk-in shower, 1 separate WC. Facilities and services: TV, washing machine, bed linen and towels provided, cot and high chair on request. Outside: Balcony with garden furniture, free parking around the residence.
