Halfway between Roscoff and Perros Guirrec and the Pink Granite Coast, come and discover the "Ty kerluz" house overlooking the Sables Blancs beach in Locquirec. With an uninterrupted view of the sea and direct access to the beach, you can also take advantage of the GR 34, France's favourite hiking trail, which runs alongside the house. There are many leisure activities and tourist sites to visit in the region: the charming little port of Locquirec, the Cairn de Barnenez in Plouezoc'h, the Pointe de Primel or the Diben in Plougasnou or the Château du Taureau in Carantec or the Isle Louet in the Bay of Morlaix, not forgetting the wild landscapes of the Monts d'Arrée for unforgettable hikes or the famous Granite Coast. Shops 400 m away Single-storey house for 6 people: Ground floor: fitted and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, combined freezer, oven and microwave...) living room with convertible sofa for 2 people (160 x 200), 1 shower room and 1 separate WC. First floor: 1 bedroom (bed 180 x 200 or 2 x 90), 1 bedroom (2 beds 90 or 190 x 200). Facilities and services: TV, WIFI internet (fibre), washing machine, tumble dryer, bed linen and towels provided, beds made on arrival. Outside : Large balcony terrace on the west side overlooking the sea, 1 terrace on the east side, garden furniture, barbecue, 1 bicycle, beach games, private parking, small covered bicycle shed. Pets accepted under certain conditions Rates: Check rates by entering your dates of stay on the schedule Additional charges : Tourist tax (compulsory): 2.70 € / day / adult End-of-stay cleaning, water, electricity and heating are included in the price, within the limits of reasonable use of the house. Failing this, all or part of the deposit may be retained.
